Your tasks:

• Carry out inquiry process with suppliers
• Supplier selection
• Conducting price negotiations
• Placing of order / purchase order
• Edit order confirmation
• Deadline tracking / delivery reminder
• Invoice control
• Complaint processing
• Supplier development
• Master data maintenance in SAP

Your qualifications:

• A completed commercial or technical education and several years of professional experience in purchasing and/or master data
• Confident handling of MS-Office applications and experience with ERP systems (SAP)
• Good communication skills,negotiation skills, confident appearance
• Independent work, commitment and reliability
• Ability to work in a team
