Employee Service Hotline (m/f/d) part-time (25 hours per week) with alternating shifts

Your tasks:

- Telephone contact point for customers and service technicians

- Recording and forwarding of telephone inquiries by means of a ticket system

- Hotel bookings for service and application technicians

- Supervision of the internal vehicle pool

- Conducting the customer satisfaction surveys

Your profile:

- Completed commercial training

- Good PC skills

- Very good knowledge of German

- Good command of English

- Strong communication skills and high customer orientation

- Reliable and independent way of working

- Enjoy working in a team
