Development engineer in the field of industrial computed tomography(m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• New and further development of computer tomographs
• Development and optimisation of calibration and acceptance strategies for our CT systems
• Software and hardware integration of (X-ray) components
• Experimental planning and execution as well as data acquisition and evaluation
• Supporting the service and support team with complex issues

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, medical technology or a comparable degree programme
• Enthusiasm for mechatronic systems and a strong technical-physical understanding
• Programming skills (ideally a C++, Matlab or Python) required
• Previous knowledge in the field of X-ray technology or coordinate measuring technology is an advantage
• Experience in PLC programming an advantage
• High degree of independence and initiative, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible and structured way of working
• Good command of English
