Whistleblower system

Compliance with legal regulations is a top priority for us. We take our responsibility very seriously to prevent or deal with any violations of applicable law that affect Wenzel Group GmbH & Co. KG or deal with them accordingly. To this end, it is important that we are notified of such violations or grievances via our whistleblower system.
We use a whistleblower system to submit reports. This system offers our employees, customers, service providers and other partners or persons with a connection to Wenzel Group GmbH & Co. KG the opportunity to report violations via a secure online platform. Incoming reports are seriously examined and treated accordingly.
We guarantee the greatest possible protection and confidentiality under the law to whistleblowers who act in good faith and try to promote correct behavior and contribute to the clarification of misconduct. Reports can also be made anonymously. The presumption of innocence always applies to all persons concerned until the violation has been proven.

We assure you that all requirements of data protection, information security and the confidentiality requirement of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) are met.
