Aircraft landing gears are exposed to high loads, especially during take-off and landing. Therefore, reliable quality control of the installed components (beams, struts, wheels, brake components, etc.) is essential.

Cylindrical components can be perfectly measured from the outside as well as from the inside with our coordinate measuring machines with the Renishaw Revo 5-axis measuring system. Internal structures and material defects of 3D-printed parts produced by additive processes can be reliably inspected by our exaCT series industrial computer tomograph.
