Meet The Team - Lena Hanisch

Greetings to all! For today's #TeamTuesday interview we have Lena Hanisch from LH-Montage with us.

Hi Lena, welcome and thank you for taking the time for this interview.

Hey, the pleasure is all mine.

When did you join WENZEL and what are you doing now?

Ihave been with the company since September 2018. I started as an apprentice and later moved to LH assembly, where I assemble and disassemble the LH series from LH 65 to LH 2015 independently, under the supervision of my team leader.

‍

Why did you decide to train at WENZEL ?

The healthy working atmosphere, the good reputation of the successful medium-sized family business and the good work-life balance were what first attracted me. Not to mention that WENZEL is not too far from my home, which allows me to spend more time with my family or doing productive work.

‍

Is there one thing you learned from your supervisor at WENZEL that you will always remember.

I was taught that when I work with a machine, I should treat it as if it were my own. With this in mind, we are encouraged to be punctual and to work neatly and cleanly every day.

‍

How do you enjoy your free time at home?

I have a dog that I love and spend a lot of time with. I also like sports and reading books, I am a bibliophile!

‍

Lena, do you have any professional plans for the future?

At the moment, I don't have any concrete plans. The most important thing for me is that I have a secure job and great colleagues with whom I get along very well. That's why I think I'm in the right place here.
