Meet The Team - Milena Möller

Welcome to #TeamTuesday at the WENZEL Group! May we introduce you to the woman who makes sure that our machines reach you safely - Milena Möller from the Export and Shipping Logistics department. Let's start quickly and without further ado with Milena's interview.

Hello Milena, I hope you are well?

Hello, yes thank you very much!

How and when did you get the idea to work at WENZEL ?

I got the idea from my father, who was himself employed at WENZEL as an office manager in the sales and marketing department. I always admired my father's workplace as a young adult, so I started an apprenticeship as an office administrator at WENZEL right after school. After my apprenticeship, I was taken on as a clerk for export and shipping logistics.

A family business in the true sense of the word! This brings us to our next question - what is your daily work routine like at WENZEL ?

In summary, I am responsible for the process of shipping, export and logistics handling. My main tasks include the planning and organization of international transports of our measuring machines as well as spare parts and accessories via land, air and sea. Of course, this also includes the preparation of shipping documents, invoices and export control reports. A special feature is that we are the only ones in the company who communicate with customs and the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control(BAFA).

That sounds like an exciting task. Tell us what drives you at WENZEL ?

I am proud to follow in my father's footsteps and at the same time find my own place here. I have a good relationship with my colleagues, which I think is very important for a good working environment. WENZEL has helped me enter the professional world, taught me many valuable lessons and, above all, given me the chance to grow professionally.

Super! Milena, do you have any plans for your near future?

In fact, I'm currently studying business administration alongside my full-time job. I try to bring more knowledge and my skills to WENZEL every day.
