What makes a WENZEL coordinate measuring machine?

At the huge CIMT trade fair in China, many suppliers and of course also we from WENZEL are exhibiting coordinate measuring machines. In addition to the well-known market companions from Europe, there are also many small Chinese producers at the start. For companies that need such machines, but also for us as a German manufacturer with 50 years of experience, the question of the difference naturally arises.

We would like to outline five key arguments that are important to us at WENZEL :

That's why we have a very high level of vertical integration at WENZEL , and why precision starts with the careful machining of our granite stones. Any inaccuracy by which we straighten ("lap") the granite does not have to be determined and corrected later by complex compensations.

   We at WENZEL believe in the quality of our skilled workers. We train our employees intensively and rely on a long partnership so that the acquired competence is reflected in our machines.    WENZEL-machines last a long time - a very long time. We are very proud of this, even though we are also happy to sell new machines. To ensure that our customers also enjoy their WENZEL machines for a long time, we quickly provide all the necessary spare parts and the associated service through our subsidiaries and partners: quickly and at fair conditions. We are committed to long relationships with our customers

For us at Wenzel , the production of a highly accurate coordinate measuring machine begins with a passion for good craftsmanship. The selection of the installed materials must be done carefully and based on the desired quality, not on the highest possible profit of the supplier. Five arguments and no buzzwords like software, automation or Industry 4.0 among them? Where is the innovation in that?
