Your tasks:

• Receiving technical support requests by phone and e-mail, entering and processing them using the ticket system
• Structured and detailed analysis of support cases, determination and forwarding of solution approaches
• First contact person and point of contact for all technical questions
• Support including remote support and AR glasses
• Error analysis and support in troubleshooting, in individual cases also on site
• Cooperation with the specialist departments for detailed clarification of technical topics
• Training and coaching of service technicians and creation of service and training documentation

Your profile:

• Completed technical training
• Strong customer and service orientation and enjoy working in a team
• Initial experience in operating and supporting complex PC-based machines desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of English
