Product information

The WM | Blade Analyzer software supports standard parameters such as:

  • Maximum thickness
  • Leading and trailing edge radius
  • Edge thickness
  • Blade length
  • Blade angle

In addition to standard parameters, the software also supports evaluations according to various manufacturer standards (GE, Safran, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney).
Different best-fit algorithms for determining the blade position are also part of the scope of services, as is the evaluation of head and root tolerances.
A defined workflow facilitates the creation of the measurement report for the user. A created report can be saved as a template and used for all further measurements
. Measurement data is transferred in file format. Different formats such as vda, iges, csv and xml are supported. In addition to manual
use, the software can also be automated by command line parameters. For statistical recording of the results, the data can be saved in different formats.
