...for metrology on small components. The CT system fits on any desk and offers high X-ray performance in the smallest space. The high resolution enables detailed evaluations of even the smallest components, ranging from metrological applications to materials testing.
LH 87 coordinate measuring machine with REVO
The cycle time of the production is the specification for the metrology. This is very well achieved with Renishaw's flexible 5-axis REVO probe head or the use of our optical sensors. The REVO probe extends the possibilities and increases the throughput and performance of the WENZEL CMMs with its 5-axis movement.
SF 87 Shopfloor CMM with automatic placement
The SF 87 is the store floorCMM for measurement in the manufacturing environment. In relation to the footprint, the machine offers an optimal measuring volume. Powerful probes as well as optical sensors provide a further increase in efficiency. We show the solution with automatic placement by a UR robot.
Mobile measurement
WM | MMA measuring arms capture the complete geometry of a component and are very flexible due to many degrees of freedom and small dimensions. The mobile handheld 3D scanner mScan enables fast and reliable measurements with easy operation. Both measuring arm and handheld scanner are suitable for a wide range of applications.

OPC UA - A common language for all machines
As an open interface standard, OPC UA is a central prerequisite for the successful introduction of Industrie 4.0 in production. OPC UA ensures the interoperability of machines and systems, which can be linked and reconfigured as required via Plug & Work - platform-independent and cross-manufacturer. We are currently working in the VDMA Measuring and Testing Technology working group on the fundamental standard, for better communication and interoperability in the metrology.

SF 87 with REVO
At Renishaw, we will be showing our CMM SF 87 with the REVO, which has been optimized for the requirements of manufacturing. The SF 87 is the universal measuring device for the manufacturing environment and requires little floor space for an optimized measuring volume of 800 x 700 x 700 mm. This makes it ideal for a large part of the metal cutting and forming industry.
