The highlight on our stand (Hall 16 | Stand F40) is our Coordinate measuring machine LH 65 with optical sensor technology, ideally suited for the metal-cutting and forming industry. The coordinate measuring machine can be easily integrated in line and in automation processes .
Combined with our wide range of optical sensors our coordinate measuring machines become true high-speed measuring machines. Our extensive portfolio means that the right sensor can be offered for every customer in terms of measuring time, accuracy and level of detail. Even CMMs in use can be retrofitted with optical sensors.
We will also be showing the compact exaCT S desktop computer tomograph. This is the ideal solution for volume measurement technology on small components. It fits on any desk and offers the highest performance in the smallest space. The high resolution enables detailed evaluations even for the smallest components, ranging from micrometrology to micro material testing.
With our exaCT S, M, L and U computer tomographs, we now have a very wide range of products. The use of computed tomography in metrology is very much in vogue. We are seeing more and more application examples here and also a growing acceptance among users. This will further boost the market for industrial computed tomography.
The mobile handheld 3D scanner WENZEL mScan is a good addition to the classic CMMs. It enables fast and reliable measurements with simple operation. The system enables location-independent and flexible measurement in the production and quality assurance process. The scanner can easily be used in demanding environments for complex components and is the ideal tool for reverse engineering and a wide range of industrial and medical applications.
Speaking of measuring software, this plays an increasingly important role these days. That's why we are presenting many new software products that either further facilitate the operation of our machines - such as the WM | Shop Floor Interface - or increase productivity - such as the WM | Generator, which can be used to automatically generate measuring programmes from CAD models with PMI information.
In the Quality Area we present our latest developments in production measurement and testing technology.
As the test bed of production, this area is the meeting point for all quality assurance experts. Quality is a market-determining factor across all products and production processes. This is why the METAV brings together the entire spectrum of measuring and testing technology, quality management and digital data processing for sustainable quality improvement. At the same time, digitalisation is suitable for raising process quality as a whole to a new level.
