Coordinate and gear measuring machines

LH coordinate measuring machines offer a functional, effective and flexible measuring solution that is reliable and easy to use. The success of the LH series is based on a holistic approach that combines high-quality machine design, intelligent software and accessory options, and comprehensive service.

The workshop-compatible CMMs of the SF series can be used universally. Both in the direct production environment, in goods receipt and in classic quality assurance, the shop floor coordinate measuring machines can be used to measure both series and individual individual parts.

Industrial computed tomography: Holistic volume measurement technology

The use of computed tomography in the industrial sector has proven itself in practice and the market potential is continuously increasing. The CT technology of the industrial computed tomographs from WENZEL is adapted to the applications in a wide range of industries where internal and external structures of components need to be measured and inspected completely and quickly (NDT).

At the trade fair, we will be showing our compact desktop computed tomography scanner exaCT S. This is the ideal solution for volume measurement technology on small components.

Mobile measuring solutions as an optimal complement

A very good addition to our classic CMMs is the mobile Handheld 3D Scanner WENZEL mScan . It enables fast and reliable measurements with easy operation.

The portable 7-axis measuring arm WM | MMA with high-resolution line scanners that capture every detail without contact, this measuring arm is a good addition to the classic large coordinate measuring systems.

On Wednesday, 11.09.2024, our colleague Stefan Staab will be speaking at the VDMA Technology Forum on flexible gear measurements with multiple configurations in Hall 1, Stand B50.

WENZEL offers multiple gear measurement solutions (including roughness), including GEAR testers, CMMs, computed tomography (CT) and optical sensors. All use the same software for comparability and traceability and include international standards such as DIN, ISO, ASME and JSI standards. They also use communication standards such as GDE format, I++, DMIS, CAD, PMI, dfq-csv interfaces.
